Ah, the smell of a new blog.
…Strangely, it smells a lot like the stale air here in the Studio Time office, but I digress.

I am no stranger to blogging. I’ve definitely stepped up and come a long way: I start on Teen Open Diary and then moved to Free Open Diary which then turned into OpenDiary. I still update on occasion. This shiny, fancy WordPress, though, this may squish OD out of my blogging life.

After OD cameĀ  Diaryland and LiveJournal. Oh, and Xanga, but that was short-lived. LJ is the sole survivor and I plan on keeping that account to keep up with friends on there (pst, hi to all my LJ friends that I am redirecting over here!). And who can forget about the MySpace blog?
Ugh, okay, enough on my timeline of online journals. I almost feel ashamed at how many I’ve had…let’s see…oh, say, like, eight. And this one makes nine. Why do I admit this to the world?
Enough of that.

So here I am, sitting at work staring out the window (I have no choice, in order to get Columbia’s wireless signal in this office I need to put Stella (my laptop) on the windowsill. I swear…for the money I pay this school…) and I see Grant Park. And Lake Michigan. This is pure torture. I’m contemplating jumping out of the window but maybe that’s cabin fever talking.
(Everytime I hear/use the phrase “cabin fever” I think of the movie Muppet Treasure Island because they sing/chant about cabin fever. I haven’t seen that movie since I was 7 or 8.)

That’s all for now. I’m too intrigued by my pretty new blog to write anymore, I want to play with it.

Toodles!
